Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows:

• 30-day return window for most items in original condition
• 90-day return window for electronics with receipt
• Free returns in-store or by mail with prepaid label
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of return

Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personal care items, and items marked as final sale.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
